Providing an incredible client experience goes beyond great customer service.  It is something special that happens when a team is truly aligned with common goals, approach, and conveys a consistent message and experience across all client interactions and mediums.  We take this to heart at Outline and ensure all internal and external messaging and graphic designs are in sync with that goal.  Vivian Tian is our in-house creative expert and helps drive these goals forward.

She brings extensive print and digital design expertise to the Outline team. After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts degree, she held several roles within the creative industry before taking on a position as a search engine marketing designer with Great-West Life. She had the opportunity to produce everything from website assets to social media content and co-designed one of the insurance giant’s in-house magazines.

Seeking a new challenge, Vivian decided to explore a career in the mortgage sector. She soon fell in love with the fast-paced competitiveness of our industry and stepped up to the daily demand of creating collateral to keep our fast-growing clientele fully informed. “My job is made easier by our amazing people, who are as approachable and hard-working as they are experienced and informed about all aspects of mortgage financing,” she says.

Here’s what you may not know about Vivian: Even when she’s not developing new designs for Outline, Vivian spends time on social media scrolling for brand inspiration and finding new ways to stoke her creativity. In the outdoors, she loves long and challenging hikes—her favourite of all time being one of Banff National Park’s many scenic trails.
